Welcome to The Resilience Blueprint
Parenting is hard, getting help shouldn’t be. Created by licensed therapists and informed by decades of experience, this is the parenting help you’ve been searching for, flexible, science-backed, and always there when you need it.

Decades of Experience, All in One Place
The Resilience Blueprint was shaped by lived experience with families, in schools, and in the moments that matter.
Created by The Resilience Network, an award-winning therapy practice in the Washington, D.C. area, we’ve spent decades supporting children and parents through the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
From tantrums to teen shutdowns, from IEP meetings to emotional turning points, we’ve gathered what truly helps and turned it into a flexible, science-backed plan you can actually use at home.
This isn’t just theory. It’s guidance from people who’ve been in the room.

Why We Built This
So many families come to us feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, and tired of piecing together support that doesn’t actually fit their child. You’re not failing, the system is.

October 2017
The Resilience Network was founded by Hope Stonerook and Heather Dziewulski, two pioneers in the field of social work and child development. After years of working in the county system, they saw a critical gap in care for families and set out to fill it.
September 2024
After years of growth within the community, The Resilience Network expanded to a larger office to meet the rising demand for services and support. A growing waitlist made it clear just how deeply families were seeking this kind of care.
January 2021
After years of supporting at-risk youth in their homes, we opened our first office, a safe, welcoming space that quickly became a trusted hub for families in need of meaningful care. During COVID, our work became even more essential, offering stability and connection in a time of deep uncertainty.
August 2025
